GORGONZOLA: Gorgonzola is an Italian table cheese, with a creamy and unctuous paste, made with whole pasteurized cow’s milk. The existence of this cheese has been known since the Middle Ages, although it was only in the 11th century when it began to have the moldy appearance that currently owns.
